I like your blog about ethics concerning colleagues. I think that when everyone works together with the same vision/goal in mind that positive things will happen in the community, school, and in children lives. Also, when the code is followed, everyone can work in a safe environment where they can thrive and grow for the betterment of the children.

I love your summary of Ethical Responsibility to colleagues. As teachers and administrators, it is very important for us to know how to deal and relate with our colleagues. From this code, the one that i love most is the I-3A.3—To support co-workers in meeting their professional needs and in their professional development. I-3A.4—To accord co-workers due recognition of professional achievement.
I believe by working together as a team, we can better serve children and families that because we all have unique skills and knowledge, so it can be worth it to share those things with others. We should share what we learn or know. From my experience as an administrator, at times it is so difficult to get on the same pace but i try to create activities and things that will bring us together all the time. I believe that being a team player is a win-win situation for everyone. Praise and recognition are essential to an outstanding workplace. People want to be respected and valued for their contribution. Also, when we recognize people effectively, we reinforce the actions and behaviors we most want to see people repeat.
